1. Delivery Areas & Logistics Partners


We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. To ensure your orders reach you safely and on time, we partner with trusted courier services, including TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, and Rider.


2. Delivery Timelines


Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is verified and processed, you can expect delivery within the following windows:




  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.




  • Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 5 working days.




  • Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.





Note: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery times may be slightly extended during major sales events, Eid holidays, or severe weather conditions.



3. Shipping Charges


We believe in transparent pricing. Our standard shipping rates are flat across the country:

4. Payment Methods


We support the following payment options at checkout:




  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when the rider handles the parcel to you.




  • Advance Payment: Secure digital payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.




5. Order Verification & Tracking




  • Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Unverified orders will not be shipped.




  • Tracking: As soon as your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this number on the courier company’s website to track your shipment in real time.




6. Important Delivery Rules




  • Open Parcel Policy: Please note that our courier partners do not allow customers to open the parcel before making the payment (applicable to COD). If you face any issues with the item inside after opening it, please contact our Customer Support immediately.




  • Receiver Unavailable: The courier rider will attempt to deliver the package up to 2 times. If no one is available to receive the package or answer the rider's call, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
